And I don't just mean clean graphics and a pretty presentation. I'm talking about how the function of the website - that is, sending flowers - dictated the look and feel of it. It looks like a website that would be a flower delivery company: it's warm, inviting, and easy to navigate. I do websites as a side job, and I was very impressed with the way your ordering system works. Everything's nice and organized, spelled out for the customer without being condescending. Nice job.(Marna M. , Anderson IN )

My mother is a stickler for detail, and she points out the flaws in everyone and everything, God love her. I suppose she means well, and she thinks she's doing people a favor by letting loose on them. Well, this was one time she couldn't find any flaws. The flowers you sent were exactly perfect. And this was according to my mother. Thank you for making me look as good as could be hoped for.(Amber R., Marseille )

I don’t know if you know how hard it is to find a consistently good florist. Back in the 1980s, there was a flower delivery service associated with a department store that has since been swallowed up by a larger company. I think that flower delivery company was the only one that could match yours in terms of quality, price, and promptness. Of course, they’re gone now, but you’re still here. Kudos on your ability to maintain high standards in such a low standard world.(Margaret O., Lafayette IN )

As a society, we tend to send flowers out of feelings of guilt for not being in a place we would normally be. Before the advent of automobiles and airplanes, we wouldn't stray too far from home (except in a few cases), and so we didn't have a need for sending gifts through the mail, or the Internet, or using FTD, or some other wire service. But we are products of our times, and because even nuclear families are so far flung, and because husbands and wives often live and work on different continents from one another, we have this need to send gifts to one anther in lieu of being there. What we're acknowledging is that we usually do what we can to make compromises between how we would like to live and how we would like to be close to one another. It's apparently socially acceptable to be apart like this as long as we can send each other things that remind us of this emotional connection even though there's no physical connection. ROCK ON, BROTHER!!!(Rey V. , Nagoya , Japan)

There's something about giving flowers that makes it worthwhile to be friends with people. That sounded strange. But I guess in a way it's true. I was struck by this sentiment when I looked at how your website was organized. There are many different types of arrangements and many different arrangements within those types. It got me to thinking about how people react to flowers and how they react to the people who send them. I think you've tapped into something here, about how people react to flowers and in what context they receive them probably affects how they are received. Not good vs. bad, but professional vs. romantic. That kind of thing. I think you are doing a great service by causing people to think about these things.(Jessica O. , Florence AL )

NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM ANOTHER FLOWER DELIVERY COMPANY. I TRIED SOMEONE ELSE AND THE RESULTS WERE DISMAL. CAN I COME BACK IF I PROMISE I WILL NEVER STRAY AGAIN. HMM, THAT SOUNDS LIKE A CHEATING SPOUSE. LET'S JUST AGREE THAT I'LL ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN REAL SOON.(Mia U. , Watsonville CA )

We are truly thankful to have found a reliable, fair-priced company like yours who delivers celebratory materials so efficiently and quickly. You folks have been a Godsend to small companies like mine who need to impress their clients and stay on their good side even when things go wrong.(Gigi S. , Port Arthur TX )

I've been told that I'm tone-deaf for giving gifts. Maybe I am. But you make me look good by giving me such great stuff to choose from every time. I don't think I can lose and there's a lot to choose from, so maybe I'll shake my title of being the worst gift-giver ever.(Candyce H. , Columbia MO )
