I love a flower bouquets on my piano when I play in the club – they don’t pay for that but I don’t mind because there is nothing I love more than playing love songs with a bunch of flowers in front of me so I get my own!(Shawna Stewart, Charlotte NC
Thank you for my wife's flowers, they made her birthday go very well and looked wonderful on the table with the home cooked birthday meal I prepared!(Martin Croft, Riverside CA
The best way to express my appreciation for getting the flowers to a mourning household is to order more, I guess. I've used you in the past for happy things, like weddings and birthdays, but this time, when I wanted to express my sympathy, you were there for me. I'm glad you have such a selection that there are many different occasions that I can order from you for.(Eliza E.

I wanted to tell you that I ordered flowers for my cousin's birthday in Saõ Paulo, Brazil. Our family has always been very close, and I've been working in the U.S. for a very long time. I'm always glad to share some of the success I've had, but it was nice to show that I still appreciate everyone back home as a family also. It was very gratifying to hear that the delivery went smoothly and that it was a terrific experience for everyone to get such beautiful flowers to a different country. I don't know whether it was you or FTD that had the bigger hand it making it special, but I have a feeling that whatever the case, you were a big part of it. Thanks.(Lupe H., Minneapolis MN
As a "mature surfer”, and as it was my wife's 50th birthday, I logged on and ordered her your “Birthday Fireworks” gift basket. They were of course perfect, as is everything else I order from you!(Bryan King, Virginia Beach VA
I went a little crazy and bought a lot of your bouquets for people on my birthday list. Almost all of them have birthdays in August for some reason, and I just wanted to save time by ordering from the same place. Much to my surprise, every single delivery arrived with no problems at all. Good grief! Twenty birthday bouquets delivered with no problems! That’s more than I can say for most other Internet companies!(Alissa F., Amarillo TX
I, myself, have used many different flower arrangements on your order pages for occasions other than what is listed. I would say to other potential customers: "Don't feel limited by what you think may be true… go ahead and trust your instincts." That's good advice for everyone. Thank you for providing such a variety of arrangements.(Leslie N.

The hospital is not a fun place to be over the Holidays. I know, because I lived through it once. My dad spent last Christmas in hospital recovering from bypass surgery. So I wanted to send something to let him know we were all thinking of him. I wish I could have been there, but we're scattered throughout the world and we never really see each other during the holidays because traveling is so frightful nowadays. More often than not we see each other in the spring, celebrating nothing in particular, because it's much more bearable. I apologize if this sounds like my life story. All I really wanted to point out was that I thought the floral arrangement I send turned out wonderful. My mum clicked a few images for me to see, and I noticed how much fuller and more colorful they seemed than what I remember from the picture on your website. A pleasant surprise, thank you very much.(Abigail H.

I got your name off the card that my daughter-in-law sent with some flowers to my wife. Neither one of them would ever admit that they were becoming closer or that the glacier between them would thaw, but that's what's happening because the mother-in-law was so impressed with the quality of the flowers you sent that she thought it was a gesture of reconciliation. Whether it was or not, thanks for helping a family become a little closer.(Tony C., Indio CA
There are two reasons I don’t order online. I’m always afraid I’ll click on the wrong thing, and something will get sent to an unsuspecting family in Siberia. And I don’t trust someone I can’t see. I have to say that your staff was able to handle an old curmudgeon like me who’s afraid of computers. My wife’s anniversary flowers arrived without a hitch. I’ve had other bad experiences with internet stuff, including other FTD places, but you’re a shining light in the wilderness.(Felipe M., Oxnard CA
Thanks for being a part of my Valentine's Day present to my boyfriend. All my friends said it was weird to get a man flowers as a gift, but I always liked getting them. He was genuinely surprised and happy to receive them, myself. He said that he had never gotten flowers before from a girl and he really liked the feeling it gave him. I'm glad that you could help me share that moment with him, and hopefully more moments like that to come.(Deirdre N., La Crosse WI
My neighbor cultivates roses and has quite a collection, so I knew that the flowers I got for her and her husband's anniversary had to be just right. Though she didn't say it, I knew she was impressed with the quality of the buds you sent to her, because she kept going back to them to just look at them.(Larissa F.
, Fayetteville NC
Mother's Day is one of those days where it seems I have too many mothers. I have to send something to my step-mother, my grandmother, my step-grandmother, my grandmother on my father's side, my sister (who is a new mom), my mother (of course), and my god-mother. Did I leave anyone out? Sheesh. Anyway, thank you for making Mother's Day a little easier to deal with. Point, click, click, click, click, FTD, blah blah blah... you get the picture.(Eliza P., Springfield OH
I would never have thought to send flowers to my brother to congratulate him on getting a new job. Before I sent him flowers, I wouldn't have suspected that he liked getting them. Maybe he wouldn't have suspected that either. But that was his day when he first went to work. He had the flowers right in front of him as he described the view from his office window. I've never heard him more excited.(Tracy J., Alexandria LA
It would be wonderful if we all got the wedding of our dreams, but alas, where I wanted to married at the botanical gardens, my father's budget dictated that we get married at the Elks Lodge. I'm not complaining, really. In fact, it worked out perfectly and everything went off without a hitch -- so I've been told. I understand you folks did the flowers and I wanted to tell you how well they all went over. I've been to weddings, and the flowers all seem to be in the background because they're so expected. Well, your flowers were just lovely enough to be a part of the whole scene and also understated enough not to overwhelm everyone. I didn't have anything to do with choosing you for the flowers, so I don't know how useful this comment is, but I was impressed and I thought you should know that.(Yvette G., Elkhart IN
Thanks for taking my order and running with it. I ordered the tower of fruit basket to send to my sister in the States. In St. Louis, actually. I know there is a problem with sending produce from country to country, but from what I understand of FTD and other wire services, you actually do all of your business within the country of delivery. I think this is a major benefit of delivery services like yours, and I think this is a very good reason to send gifts this way. I don't know if there's a similar rule about flowers and plants, but I really don't need to know if I order from you, now do I.(Shea G.
, United Kingdom
I don't get around as much as I used to. Let me explain. I am now in a wheelchair because of a degenerative disease. I find that I am relying more and more on Internet services to help me do day-to-day things. I have used a good number of online flower delivery sites, but yours is clearly the best. You have an advantage in the layout and usability of your website and also of the selection you have for people to choose from. I also noticed that you tend to be a bit faster than other places. I appreciate all the work that must go into doing things like that as well as you do, so I'd like to say thanks.(Madeline P., Elmira NY
