I wish someone had told me about you earlier. I don’t like talking about this, but the flowers at my grandmother’s funeral last year were unnecessarily gaudy. She didn’t like a big show, and I always thought she would have disapproved of them. Unfortunately, my mother died this year. I had used you before for birthdays, so I thought it couldn’t be worse than what my grandmother had. I feel strange saying this, but I think both of them would have really loved the flowers and arrangements that your people put together and delivered to the chapel for the service. My mother sent me flowers out of the blue the other day. I called her up to find out what was going on, and she told me that she suddenly realized that she had a wonderful daughter. I almost wish there was a camera there to catch the expression on my face. The note on the card had your name on it, but that's not why I'm giving you feedback. You probably don't know exactly what happens to your flowers after their get received. Well, they're sitting on my kitchen table right now, two months after I received them. Two months! I have dealt with certain delivery companies before who could not handle a slight discrepancy in the address with any smarts at all. It seems like if two numbers in a zipcode are transposed, it stops them in their tracks and they delay a couple days and charge you half again as much. I admit that I sometimes get zipcodes wrong. My memory isn’t what it used to be. But someone over there recognized the mistake I made on a flower delivery and it didn’t slow them down a whit. I wish I knew who it was, because I would thank them from an old woman, so I’m saying thank you to you for possibly training your flower delivery people that way.(Bonita R. , Houma LA )

Here in France, they celebrate Mother's Day at the end of the month in May instead of in the middle, so I have to remember to keep on my toes around April. But sometimes it kind of sneaks up on me and I need some help to get flowers very quickly to my mother. This is where you come in.
