For example, you show what you are going to deliver and then you deliver it. That's about it. It's very simple and it works very well. There is one thing that people should know before they order from your website. Those flowers that you deliver last a long, long time. I don't trust any flower shop that doesn't use FTD. I also don't trust any flower shop that messes up an order, no matter how small or big. My business, at bottom, is about persuasion, and if my persuasive powers are undermined by a poorly delivered PR gift, then I look bad, which makes you look bad. The picture on your website did not do the flower arrangement justice, and it looked like I spent more on my step-mother's Mother's Day present than on my mother's present.
