No one ever listens to me. I tell them to order from you guys, but do they listen? They do not. I order flowers and gifts from you guys all the time, and I’ve never had occasion to be dissatisfied. By contrast, those people who don’t listen to me seem like they’re constantly complaining about how this delivery or that had some problem with it (wrong color, wrong flowers, bad quality, etc.). There's a very good reason you were recommended to me by a good friend. There's also a reason that she's a good friend. I have even more respect for her now for steering me in your direction. I can't remember the last time a gift was delivered so smoothly. Maybe it's the fact that it doesn't need to be wrapped in order to feel like a gift. Is there some kind of large population of patient souls where you get your customer service people from? Do they also babysit for a trio of tiny terrors (ages: 3, 6, & 8)? There's a new mother and baby that would like to thank you for the lovely and elegant dendrobium orchid delivered shortly before the baby was delivered. It was the first gift to arrive and it was waiting for me in the room when we all got back. I am writing this on a palm computer in the hospital.
