My father hates everything. Since my mother died ten years ago, he's been a terrible grump. I think it was hard on him more than anyone else. If there was one thing I would suggest that you change it's the pictures on your website. You need more vivid colors and more impressive foliage. The truly fantastic flowers that my parents get from you (from me) aren't really represented by the pictures on your website.
