I've often found myself only using FTD for sending flowers just because they seem to be very reputable, and I've never had any problems. The “broken heart” flower stand arrangement was just perfect for my brother’s funeral. He died after a long, lingering illness, so it wasn’t a shock, but we wanted to think of it as an end to his suffering.
