I've often found myself only using FTD for sending flowers just because they seem to be very reputable, and I've never had any problems. It's absolutely lovely that a Brit who lives in Brazil can send flowers to Australia from an American company. This is a brave new world we live in, and I, for one, absolutely love this part of it.
