I found you among a good number of other flower ordering places. I really had no way to decide because there's so many of them. I'm a little embarrassed to say that I picked one at random. (Not exactly true, I picked one that used FTD at random). Yours happened to be the one I picked. I was so impressed with the delivery and the flowers that I tried another site picked out at random. Boy was I disappointed. I guess I just got lucky the first time. I don't trust any flower shop that doesn't use FTD. I also don't trust any flower shop that messes up an order, no matter how small or big. My business, at bottom, is about persuasion, and if my persuasive powers are undermined by a poorly delivered PR gift, then I look bad, which makes you look bad. We had a combination Christmas and Chanukka this year, so we had arrangements of blue and white flowers intermixed with arrangements of red and green flowers, just like our family. I admit I have a problem about this. I am out of control. Flowers sent to people as get well presents who have nothing but a common cold. In almost all cases, the flowers last much longer than the illness. But it's so easy and it makes everyone feel so much better, even when they're feeling miserable. This year's flu season wasn't quite as bad as last year, but still many people got flowers from me just because they weren't feeling well. There's a new mother and baby that would like to thank you for the lovely and elegant dendrobium orchid delivered shortly before the baby was delivered. It was the first gift to arrive and it was waiting for me in the room when we all got back. I am writing this on a palm computer in the hospital. The picture on your website did not do the flower arrangement justice, and it looked like I spent more on my step-mother's Mother's Day present than on my mother's present.
