I donít usually comment on things Iíve ordered like this. Or usually itís just to complain. I wanted you to know that I didnít have much expectations when I ordered. But what I got knocked my socks off. The sunflower cornucopia was for a table centerpiece for dinner. I got so many comments on it, I was so pleased! Thank you for making my dinner table memorable for so many friends and family. - Tammi F., Pensacola, FL
Iíve been burned before by fly by night operations on the Internet. You can understand why I hesitated before purchasing anything. But Iím glad it all turned out and you are trustworthy enough to have won my business for the foreseeable future. I send a lot of flowers in my line of work, so I know what Iím talking about. - Jill B.

I like that you have a world-wide reach with your delivery services. Being hooked into FTD couldn't hurt with that, right? I work with people all over the world, so it's important that I get whatever to wherever. If that means going with a different package delivery company than I use for domestic because it's more convenient, then fine. But I find that I don't do that with the gifts that I send, normally flowers. I notice that I use you folks wherever I need to send something. I guess I fell into the habit when I realized that you have handled every order I've ever thrown at you with grace and capability. This is my highest compliment, that I will continue to order from you. - Junior R., Columbia, SC
I got half a mind to buy stock in your company, because I've had nothing but good experiences with it. It's been, what, about eight months and twenty orders, and everything's gone perfectly from me browsing to the recipient's thank you back to me. I have picky clients by the nature of my business, so I know that you're doing something right. A big thank you from me so you can know you're doing OK in my book. - Andy W.

I never imagined I could cheer my mother up so easily simply by sending flowers! - Estefani McKinstry, Birmingham, AL
The flower bouquets you created for the recent wedding of R. Marshall and W. Henson was absolutely stunning. A job well-done! - Janis T. Saint, Austin, TX
My partner recently received one of your Chocolate Loverís gift baskets which I confess got eaten far too quickly! - Kerry Sato, Aurora, CO
Every gift has meaning, but flowers all have the extra meaning of being beautiful. They bring happiness to people just by being flowers. Thank you for giving us these gifts we can send to other people to brighten their day. - Kate N.

I wouldn't like to complain, but could you make the chocolates in your gift baskets last as long as the flowers? - Niki Christopher, Columbus, OH
One of the biggest flower bouquets I ever was just delivered and looks perfect; it must look as good as when you sent them. Thanks to all of you! - Sue Forster, Lubbock, TX
I'll say this to you, if you can make a website that is easy enough for my father to use, you've really accomplished something. He's a total technophobe, so it was such a surprise when I saw your name on the delivery. I thought to myself, "You mean my dad used the Internet successfully?" It was a revelation. Now that I am ordering from you, I see how he might have been able to order from you will no trouble at all. My whole family are now customers of yours! - Sharon T.

The section you have for "Corporate Gifts" is a bit of a misnomer. There are many more flower arrangements you have on your site that can be used in a corporate setting. I am thinking of some of the simpler designs on other areas of your site, including Thank You and Birthday. This just speaks to how skilled you are at putting these arrangements together. - Zelda E., Tyler, TX
I donít know if you know how hard it is to find a consistently good florist. Back in the 1980s, there was a flower delivery service associated with a department store that has since been swallowed up by a larger company. I think that flower delivery company was the only one that could match yours in terms of quality, price, and promptness. Of course, theyíre gone now, but youíre still here. Kudos on your ability to maintain high standards in such a low standard world. - Margaret O.

My status as a second daughter in my family means that I am usually the left out one. Iím forced into the kitchen with my mother and aunties even though I have no idea how to cook. Although I have to say that my gift of flowers and balloons to the mistress of the house didnít get me out of kitchen duty, it did get me some extra time with the men in the family as they were impressed I was able to spend so much on a deceptively gorgeous gift. My dad even mussed up my hair like he does my brothers. Score one for women! - Pat L., Bangalore,
Bravo, sirs & misses! whoever is responsible over there for putting everything in their proper places and getting everything to their proper locations. I can't begin to describe just how brilliant you've been for us because I really don't know how you do it. - Richard F.
My cousin in New York keeps telling me to go up there, but what? Am I going to leave this place where I call paradise? I can afford a much better lifestyle than even my New York cousin. So I send flowers to him for fun with notes like "I am now on the beach and doing work at the same time." I have never been to New York, but I don't think you can do that. But your flowers to deliver to him are wonderful and a good way to live better. - Inez R.
You delivered a very tasteful and elegant Expression of Love vase full of roses to my sweetheart back in Tacoma, WA about three weeks ago. It makes me believe that this long-distance relationship is going to work out with her when I get calls and e-mails about how much emotion just a simple gesture like this brings up in her. It makes me feel like we have something very special between us even though we're separated by hundreds of miles. Thank you for helping. - Louis L., Reno, NV
