I know you can't see it, but there's a big smile on my face because I finally got my father to break his long silence to my brother. This is a strange story, I know, but I had to get flowers not just to an address, but to a specific location within that address. Worst of all, it wasn't marked anywhere. My cousin is a stand-up comedian, and the flowers for him were for his first steady gig in L.A.
