As a society, we generally send flowers at important milestone occasions like weddings, funerals, graduation, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. But maybe that’s why you’re in the business that you’re in. My best day this year was seeing the look on my five-year-old's face when she saw the giant package of flowers that my father sent to her on her first day of kindergarten. They arrived early, to my surprise, so that Linden could see them before she went. It was a special start to a special day, and she wanted to bring them to let the rest of the class enjoy them. I read through some of your testimonials, and it seems like people are grateful when a company actually does what it says it's going to do. Well, I'm not buying into it.
