A good way to tell if you're doing a good job is if you have repeat customers. I am what you might call an "extreme" repeat customer. I haven't counted the number of flower orders I've done with you, but it's a lot. The way my family celebrates Christmas, you would think it was Festivus. My dad always tries to challenge someone to wrestle and we have a tinsel lined pole in the back yard that I used to practice tetherball on. Is there some kind of large population of patient souls where you get your customer service people from? Do they also babysit for a trio of tiny terrors (ages: 3, 6, & 8)?
