Mother's Day is one of those days where it seems I have too many mothers. OK. I have to tell someone about this. I was in the running for a good job at a reputable company. After a series of interviews that went OK but not spectacular, the recruiter told me I was a finalist out of five people. I’ve never done this before, but my mother told me to send flowers. Good gracious! Just about everything went wrong with my sister's wedding. Sometimes it seems like my children have all left me for their better lives in other places. At least they find time to let me know they are doing OK.
