I've often found myself only using FTD for sending flowers just because they seem to be very reputable, and I've never had any problems. Sometimes it seems like my children have all left me for their better lives in other places. At least they find time to let me know they are doing OK. I have been receiving flowers on my birthday and the American Mother's Day for several years. That is a nice custom I think.
