I was dead set against the frivolity of having flowers at my father’s funeral. He detested frivolous things of any kind. For example, you show what you are going to deliver and then you deliver it. That's about it. It's very simple and it works very well. Your flowers were a hit! I got several baskets as centerpieces for a Thanksgiving themed office party. Many important clients were invited during the short week before Thanksgiving to partake of our good cheer. They helped set the tone for the party and spread the good feeling amongst them all. I didn't think it would make all that much difference, but I saw the setup before the flowers arrived, and then again after they arrived.
