A good way to tell if you're doing a good job is if you have repeat customers. I am what you might call an "extreme" repeat customer. Two of my best friends in the world died this year. We're all getting on, and our families are taking care of us more and more. It's absolutely lovely that a Brit who lives in Brazil can send flowers to Australia from an American company. This is a brave new world we live in, and I, for one, absolutely love this part of it.
