I don't know what the fuss is all about when flowers are delivered on-time. I read through some of your testimonials, and it seems like people are grateful when a company actually does what it says it's going to do. Well, I'm not buying into it. Delivering flowers is delivering flowers, and for that your company should be at the very most proud of accomplishing what you set out to do. Your website is so easy to navigate and all the links actually WORK!!! Are you aware how wonderful this is for the average user, like me? I can't believe how many times I've been on a website and there were programming mistakes so bad that I couldn't complete the order. I use the Internet all the time to order things. I like to think that I get the best prices for everything. But I am writing to tell you that when I order flowers, I used to go with the absolute lowest price. But it just became too embarrassing for the recipient when inexpensive flowers came to mean cheap flowers. Now, I’ve learned to do it right and order flowers through you guys. I felt kind of weird at first ordering flower displays for a funeral over the Internet. It's interesting what kind of preconceptions we have about such things. I was always under the impression that it would somehow "mean more" if I were to do that in person at a flower shop. Well, I went to a number of flower shops before going online to order from you, and it didn't feel right getting the hard-sell from them. That might be unfair because they're in business to sell flowers, but still, that's how I felt. I wasn't all that close with my Uncle Tommy, but it's sad when anyone dies, so I can only imagine how someone must feel talking to salespeople who are constantly trying to "sell them up" to more and more expensive pieces. I don't mean to sound like I dislike salespeople. But it's just easier in the long run to come to these decisions on your own. The first time I ever received roses, I was still in high school. It was exciting and frightening all at the same time to get them from a boy. You know, I still get that same little twinge when my husband brings or sends me flowers. Don't take this the wrong way, but where he gets them from doesn't matter much to me.
