My mother visited for a short time last spring, and she noticed something completely new, for her anyway. I wish someone had told me about you earlier. I don’t like talking about this, but the flowers at my grandmother’s funeral last year were unnecessarily gaudy. She didn’t like a big show, and I always thought she would have disapproved of them. Unfortunately, my mother died this year. I had used you before for birthdays, so I thought it couldn’t be worse than what my grandmother had. I was dead set against the frivolity of having flowers at my father’s funeral. He detested frivolous things of any kind.
