Is there some kind of large population of patient souls where you get your customer service people from? Do they also babysit for a trio of tiny terrors (ages: 3, 6, & 8)? I must have been on the phone with this person (I forget her name, sorry!) for at least a half an hour trying to order a simple flower arrangement and I have to chase around my terrors (I mean: lovely children) at the same time. I was first attracted to your site because of your descriptions of the flower meanings. I’m in the flower trade (OK, I’m a delivery guy), and I didn’t know half the stuff that was on there. What a great idea to pair sunflowers and yellow roses. I never would have thought of that.
