Is there some kind of large population of patient souls where you get your customer service people from? Do they also babysit for a trio of tiny terrors (ages: 3, 6, & 8)? I like that you can add extras to the arrangements you send for a reasonable charge. I sent the Butterfly Basket and added a balloon onto it for my best friend's birthday.
