Two of my best friends in the world died this year. We're all getting on, and our families are taking care of us more and more. I just wanted to thank you for being as professional as you are about something many people find superficial and extraneous. Though some people I know consider flowers and floral decoration to be just that, decoration, I see it as more of a gift that celebrates the beauty of life. I like that I can shop on the Internet in my jammies. I can probably do that anywhere, but I can also talk to a professional sounding person in my jammies. It's much easier to be able to order flowers when the mood strikes, from a reputable retailer like yourself, than it is to make a conscious effort to go down to a florist in a shop and order something from them.
