I knew I could trust you! I had the misfortune to be able to order a funeral arrangement from you. I’d been giving out your flower bouquets to everyone I could think of and had been totally satisfied with the deliveries. I didn’t know you guys did specialty funeral stuff, though. I don't think it's entirely fair that all my friends and family get to see the lovely flowers that I order from you, and I get to see bupkus. Not even a lousy picture. Sheesh, you'd think someone would take the hint and at least send me something.
