I don't trust any flower shop that doesn't use FTD. I also don't trust any flower shop that messes up an order, no matter how small or big. My business, at bottom, is about persuasion, and if my persuasive powers are undermined by a poorly delivered PR gift, then I look bad, which makes you look bad. Your flowers were a hit! I got several baskets as centerpieces for a Thanksgiving themed office party. Many important clients were invited during the short week before Thanksgiving to partake of our good cheer. They helped set the tone for the party and spread the good feeling amongst them all.
