I admit I was nervous about ordering from an Internet company. But everything turned out OK. Better than OK, actually. I'm telling you this because the flower arrangement that I sent to my mother is still going strong after all these weeks. She has called me just about every other day since then. I have a lot of people around me, but it can be kind of lonely as the only American working in this office. I love my job, but I sometimes miss following sports and talking to American girls. It's nice to stay in touch with e-mail , but it's much more satisfying to send and receive flowers as a gesture of effort to stay in touch.
