There is one thing that people should know before they order from your website. Those flowers that you deliver last a long, long time. Thank you for helping my sister-in-law celebrate her 30th birthday in style. I like that you have a world-wide reach with your delivery services. Being hooked into FTD couldn't hurt with that, right? I work with people all over the world, so it's important that I get whatever to wherever. If that means going with a different package delivery company than I use for domestic because it's more convenient, then fine. But I find that I don't do that with the gifts that I send, normally flowers. I notice that I use you folks wherever I need to send something. No one ever listens to me. I tell them to order from you guys, but do they listen? They do not. I order flowers and gifts from you guys all the time, and I’ve never had occasion to be dissatisfied. Too many times, I've found myself sitting at home on the computer instead of outside enjoying the landscape and the people.
