I like that you have a world-wide reach with your delivery services. Being hooked into FTD couldn't hurt with that, right? I work with people all over the world, so it's important that I get whatever to wherever. If that means going with a different package delivery company than I use for domestic because it's more convenient, then fine. But I find that I don't do that with the gifts that I send, normally flowers. I notice that I use you folks wherever I need to send something. I guess I fell into the habit when I realized that you have handled every order I've ever thrown at you with grace and capability. The hospital is not a fun place to be over the Holidays. I know, because I lived through it once. My dad spent last Christmas in hospital recovering from bypass surgery. So I wanted to send something to let him know we were all thinking of him. I wish I could have been there, but we're scattered throughout the world and we never really see each other during the holidays because traveling is so frightful nowadays.
