I wanted to tell you that there's a new mother that appreciated the delivery of flowers to her bedside. My granddaughter entered the world last week. I tried one of those cut rate (pardon the pun) online flower delivery sites, and I now know there is a reason they are so cut rate. I don't exactly know how this all works, but I'm convinced now that it makes a difference who you decide to use when you order flowers, after getting more than one order screwed up. My mother and I thank you for the flowers. I sent them to her for her birthday to be delivered to her house, but there was an accident, and now she's in the hospital. I don’t know who else to tell, so I’ll tell you. Our son was killed in Iraq this past year. The conflicting emotions I feel about this are unbearable. We were so distraught that we left most of the arrangements to my brother. He had the good sense to order the flower stands from you. which I never would have thought made a difference. My brother has never been one to display heartfelt emotion, but I felt it when those flowers were next to my son’s civilian coffin at the funeral home. I don't know what the fuss is all about when flowers are delivered on-time. I read through some of your testimonials, and it seems like people are grateful when a company actually does what it says it's going to do. Well, I'm not buying into it. Delivering flowers is delivering flowers, and for that your company should be at the very most proud of accomplishing what you set out to do.
