I thank you for putting some joy into the life of one of my closest friends. Sadly, she passed away from cancer recently much too young. She often said that it was as if I were there, and she would talk to the flowers as if they were me. My father died after a long bout with cancer. I wasn’t in the right frame of mind to make any sort of arrangements, so my husband did most of them.
