The whole wedding party just about broke down in tears when the bride walked in with her swanlike bouquet of long-stemmed white roses. I hope that doesn't sound flip. I always thought a bouquet in a wedding was gardening flowers - daisies, maybe wild roses, dahlias, you know, like that. But all roses? I never would have ordered them if it was up to me, but she really wanted them. I wouldn't have though of it, but they were really spectacular. There's one thing I've found about sending flowers. It has to be the right ones at the right time. There is a general understanding about what kinds of flowers mean what, so when I send red roses, I want it to mean love, and when I send white roses, I want it to mean friendship. When I send mixed colors... I'm not quite sure what that means yet, but I'll get it eventually. My point here is that I am grateful you get everything, every order right. We weren't able to see the flower arrangements we sent for our daughter's graduation from law school in person, but it was with great pride that we received the images over e-mail and saw how happy she was, with her friends and the family that was there. No one ever listens to me. I tell them to order from you guys, but do they listen? They do not. I order flowers and gifts from you guys all the time, and I’ve never had occasion to be dissatisfied. By contrast, those people who don’t listen to me seem like they’re constantly complaining about how this delivery or that had some problem with it (wrong color, wrong flowers, bad quality, etc.).
