The plant I sent for my son's new apartment was perfect for it, even though he didn't think so. Boys at some point dislike their mothers giving them gifts. But he later called me and said that it was the only thing with a personality he'd had over in a long time. I sent him another one from your website, and he didn't "like" that one either. There are two reasons I don’t order online. I’m always afraid I’ll click on the wrong thing, and something will get sent to an unsuspecting family in Siberia. And I don’t trust someone I can’t see. I have to say that your staff was able to handle an old curmudgeon like me who’s afraid of computers. My wife’s anniversary flowers arrived without a hitch. No one ever listens to me. I tell them to order from you guys, but do they listen? They do not. I order flowers and gifts from you guys all the time, and I’ve never had occasion to be dissatisfied. By contrast, those people who don’t listen to me seem like they’re constantly complaining about how this delivery or that had some problem with it (wrong color, wrong flowers, bad quality, etc.). My cousin told me that some flowers went to the house, and some went to the funeral home, and one went to the hospital, even after my uncle had died.
