Valentine's Day is one of those days where if you have someone to send flowers to, you're happy, but if you don't then you aren't. My father died after a long bout with cancer. I wasn’t in the right frame of mind to make any sort of arrangements, so my husband did most of them. My fiancee and his friends, for some odd reason, decided to take a cross-country trip to California and back.
