How great was Mother's Day this year? I sent two, count 'em, two sets of roses to my mother this time. Once on the week before to announce my arrival, and once to arrive on Saturday at my hotel so I could bring them over. Greetings flower people. I don't have a keen grasp of the internet that some of the others in my generation so. But it seems to me that there are some things that you do right. For example, you show what you are going to deliver and then you deliver it. That's about it. It's very simple and it works very well. I don't trust any flower shop that doesn't use FTD. I also don't trust any flower shop that messes up an order, no matter how small or big. My business, at bottom, is about persuasion, and if my persuasive powers are undermined by a poorly delivered PR gift, then I look bad, which makes you look bad.
