Who invented Valentine's Day? He must have been some kind of genius. It's right in the middle of winter when we're all busy trying to keep the winter chill out of the house. I think it's because it's one day where we can forget about things like de-icing the driveway and block heaters and shoveling the sidewalk. It's absolutely lovely that a Brit who lives in Brazil can send flowers to Australia from an American company. This is a brave new world we live in, and I, for one, absolutely love this part of it. Friends of mine sometimes tell me they feel overwhelmed by all of the options and information they have available to them. But I find that there are distinct benefits to living at this time in history, like FTD for example. I've often found myself only using FTD for sending flowers just because they seem to be very reputable, and I've never had any problems.
