I don't know if it's such a good idea that you have same day delivery, because it doesn't give me a chance to think everything through before things start to happen. Sometimes it seems like my children have all left me for their better lives in other places. At least they find time to let me know they are doing OK. Valentine's Day has special significance in our house because it was the day that we closed escrow six years ago. It was a very trying time, trying to sell a house and buy a house at the same time.
