Is there some kind of large population of patient souls where you get your customer service people from? Do they also babysit for a trio of tiny terrors (ages: 3, 6, & 8)? I have dealt with certain delivery companies before who could not handle a slight discrepancy in the address with any smarts at all. It seems like if two numbers in a zipcode are transposed, it stops them in their tracks and they delay a couple days and charge you half again as much. I admit that I sometimes get zipcodes wrong. My memory isn’t what it used to be. But someone over there recognized the mistake I made on a flower delivery and it didn’t slow them down a whit. I just wanted to say that the bouquet I ordered for my parents’ anniversary arrived right on time and touched my mother to tears. It was a special order of white and yellow rosebuds, which my dad used to give to her every Saturday when they were dating. My brother is being cared for in his home by several people, including myself and a few home care nurses. I almost needed the flowers that I sent as much as my brother did.
