If there was one thing I would suggest that you change it's the pictures on your website. You need more vivid colors and more impressive foliage. I was struck by this sentiment when I looked at how your website was organized. There are many different types of arrangements and many different arrangements within those types. I like that you have a world-wide reach with your delivery services. Being hooked into FTD couldn't hurt with that, right? I work with people all over the world, so it's important that I get whatever to wherever. If that means going with a different package delivery company than I use for domestic because it's more convenient, then fine. But I find that I don't do that with the gifts that I send, normally flowers. I notice that I use you folks wherever I need to send something. I guess I fell into the habit when I realized that you have handled every order I've ever thrown at you with grace and capability.
