Valentine's Day is one of those days where if you have someone to send flowers to, you're happy, but if you don't then you aren't. Thank you for helping this family make the transition to having a Jewish daughter. I recently started my conversion to Judaism after marrying into the faith. My family has not exactly been running up to congratulate me on my choice. They've been largely non-religious, but they celebrate Christmas like every other American family.
