I have dealt with certain delivery companies before who could not handle a slight discrepancy in the address with any smarts at all. It seems like if two numbers in a zipcode are transposed, it stops them in their tracks and they delay a couple days and charge you half again as much. I admit that I sometimes get zipcodes wrong. My memory isn’t what it used to be. But someone over there recognized the mistake I made on a flower delivery and it didn’t slow them down a whit. I wish I knew who it was, because I would thank them from an old woman, so I’m saying thank you to you for possibly training your flower delivery people that way.(Bonita R., Houma LA )

The flowers I sent to my mother arrived, and I was told they were quite amazing. Apparently much better than the flowers that my holier-than-thou brother sent to her (her words). I don't resent in the fact that my mother likes him better than me, but it does make it easier to feel really good that I outdid him. On behalf of several members of my family, let me say WOW! On behalf of me, let me say, DOUBLE WOW! They were all impressed with the quality of the flowers -- their color and longevity. That's what I wasn't quite prepared for. I got the thank you calls for when the flowers arrived, but I also got calls weeks later about how long the flowers were lasting. My great-grandmother’s funeral was much more sober than any other funeral I’ve been to (to many of them), and I couldn’t figure out why. Finally, it dawned on me, the flowers were wholly inappropriate for the setting. They were the whole color, the wrong style, and too ostentatious for the scene. I found out that the person in our family who normally orders the flowers (from you) had asked someone else to do it this time, and he ordered from someone else. While I don’t blame this other company entirely for the inappropriateness of the flowers - because he’s pretty much a dullard about these things - I am positive that had he ordered from you things would have been different.(Ellie O. , Lewiston ME )
