For example, you show what you are going to deliver and then you deliver it. That's about it. It's very simple and it works very well. Your website is so easy to navigate and all the links actually WORK!!! Are you aware how wonderful this is for the average user, like me? I can't believe how many times I've been on a website and there were programming mistakes so bad that I couldn't complete the order. Valentine's Day this year was very special. I asked my boyfriend to marry me, and after the initial shock, he said yes. A good way to tell if you're doing a good job is if you have repeat customers. I am what you might call an "extreme" repeat customer. If there was one thing I would suggest that you change it's the pictures on your website. You need more vivid colors and more impressive foliage. The truly fantastic flowers that my parents get from you (from me) aren't really represented by the pictures on your website. It seems strange to me that here in the tropics it can be trouble to find some kinds of flowers. But it's just like up there in the US with tropical flowers. Sometimes you need cold weather to grow some of these varieties of roses and asters. It's interesting the differences that climate makes.
