I wanted to tell you that I ordered flowers for my cousin's birthday in Saõ Paulo, Brazil. Our family has always been very close, and I've been working in the U.S. for a very long time. Thanks for brightening the day of a special person in my life. He's been in and out of the hospital for the past two years. For example, you show what you are going to deliver and then you deliver it. That's about it. It's very simple and it works very well. There were all these bouquets of flowers around my mother's hospital room where she's recovering from chemotherapy, and it was easy to tell which ones came from you.
