Too many times, I've found myself sitting at home on the computer instead of outside enjoying the landscape and the people. I've found that if I think about the people in my life back in the US that I want to keep in my life, I have more ability to meet new people and experience new things. That's the whole reason why I took this job, was to experience a different culture. I want to let you know that you help me doing that, even if that's a selfish reason for sending flowers, it helps me think of the people that I want to keep in my life for when I go back, whenever that might be. Here in France, they celebrate Mother's Day at the end of the month in May instead of in the middle, so I have to remember to keep on my toes around April. But sometimes it kind of sneaks up on me and I need some help to get flowers very quickly to my mother. This is where you come in. No one ever listens to me. I tell them to order from you guys, but do they listen? They do not. I order flowers and gifts from you guys all the time, and I’ve never had occasion to be dissatisfied. The first time I ever received roses, I was still in high school. It was exciting and frightening all at the same time to get them from a boy.
