I knew I could trust you! I had the misfortune to be able to order a funeral arrangement from you. I’d been giving out your flower bouquets to everyone I could think of and had been totally satisfied with the deliveries. I didn’t know you guys did specialty funeral stuff, though. Though I am far away from my friends, it's nice to know that I can let them know I am thinking about them in a time of sadness and loss. Flowers are so much more tactile and have more substance than cards or electronic messages, like they are stand-ins for you. It's something they can move around and focus on in order to get the kind of feeling that I hope I would provide were I there.
