How great was Mother's Day this year? I sent two, count 'em, two sets of roses to my mother this time. Mother's Day is one of those days where it seems I have too many mothers. The first time I ever received roses, I was still in high school. It was exciting and frightening all at the same time to get them from a boy. I don’t know if you know how hard it is to find a consistently good florist. Back in the 1980s, there was a flower delivery service associated with a department store that has since been swallowed up by a larger company. I think that flower delivery company was the only one that could match yours in terms of quality, price, and promptness. Of course, they’re gone now, but you’re still here.
