If there was one thing I would suggest that you change it's the pictures on your website. You need more vivid colors and more impressive foliage. The whole wedding party just about broke down in tears when the bride walked in with her swanlike bouquet of long-stemmed white roses. I hope that doesn't sound flip. I always thought a bouquet in a wedding was gardening flowers - daisies, maybe wild roses, dahlias, you know, like that. But all roses? I never would have ordered them if it was up to me, but she really wanted them. I wouldn't have though of it, but they were really spectacular. I appreciate that in the flower world FTD is like the phone company, so every florist has to use it. But I'd like to say that I think you guys are different. Because of some credit card issues, I used more than one flower delivery company to order some accent flowers for a Christmas family celebration.
