For example, you show what you are going to deliver and then you deliver it. That's about it. It's very simple and it works very well. I love that you have all those geographical locations on your website. Do you use FTD? Oh, Duh... I just noticed that you did. I've often found myself only using FTD for sending flowers just because they seem to be very reputable, and I've never had any problems.
