There is one thing that people should know before they order from your website. Those flowers that you deliver last a long, long time. The rosebuds that I sent to my mother for her birthday were still around by the time my father's birthday came around. I don't trust any flower shop that doesn't use FTD. I also don't trust any flower shop that messes up an order, no matter how small or big. My business, at bottom, is about persuasion, and if my persuasive powers are undermined by a poorly delivered PR gift, then I look bad, which makes you look bad. My cousin told me that some flowers went to the house, and some went to the funeral home, and one went to the hospital, even after my uncle had died.
