For example, you show what you are going to deliver and then you deliver it. That's about it. It's very simple and it works very well. I just wanted to say that the bouquet I ordered for my parents’ anniversary arrived right on time and touched my mother to tears. My mother sent me flowers out of the blue the other day. I called her up to find out what was going on, and she told me that she suddenly realized that she had a wonderful daughter.
