Is there some kind of large population of patient souls where you get your customer service people from? Do they also babysit for a trio of tiny terrors (ages: 3, 6, & 8)? I must have been on the phone with this person (I forget her name, sorry!) for at least a half an hour trying to order a simple flower arrangement and I have to chase around my terrors (I mean: lovely children) at the same time. I send thank you bouquets when I want to say thank you to people that I love. It is a good way to show them that you care about them. I am giving this piece of advice to everyone who needs to say thank you to someone.
