If there was one thing I would suggest that you change it's the pictures on your website. You need more vivid colors and more impressive foliage. The truly fantastic flowers that my parents get from you (from me) aren't really represented by the pictures on your website. I've always been ambivalent about Valentine's Day, mostly because nothing ever happened. It's only recently that I've been in a serious relationship that has lasted through Valentine's Day, so maybe that has something to do with it. The first time I ever received roses, I was still in high school. It was exciting and frightening all at the same time to get them from a boy. I decided to be audacious this year and send my boyfriend, who is in Peru with his family for the moment, a series of flower bouquets. One a day for a week until his birthday. The reason it was so audacious is that his family is in the florist business and use FTD every day.
